Three Weeks for Strengthening Your Meditation Practice


This three week course is for those with some meditation experience or who have completed Living the Eternal Way or How to Meditate class and want to deepen their practice. The teachings are based on The Yoga Sutra's of Patanjali, and the principles of Kriya Yoga.

Come and discover the inner joy and contentment possible when the heart opens in meditation. Each evening will be a combination of teaching, practicing techniques, and group meditation.

This course includes:

  • Skills for Meditation
  • The role of breath, mantra, prayer, and other methods of interiorization
  • Exploring meditation as a path for conscious living as well as a practice
  • The role of the spiritual teacher
  • The importance of a spiritual practice community
  • Transforming the obstacles to spiritual awakening
  • Support for living the spiritual life
