The eight components of the yogic system provide a path for completely free and effective living. They are also the constituent parts of the process of meditation---one of the main avenues for realizing joy, peace, and freedom from confining and limiting thinking and acting.
 
This program will explore three components of the eight aspects of practice, including some philosophical aspects supporting success in this process and practical actions to facilitate success in meditation and spiritually conscious living.
